Entrepreneurs who decide to locate their business in the City of Zamość can count on tax reliefs and preferences, as well as support in implementing procedures related to creating a new investment.

RESOLUTION NO. V/38/2015 of the Zamość City Council of 23 February 2015 on the introduction of exemptions from property tax, constituting regional investment aid for entrepreneurs conducting business activities in the Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK MIELEC – Zamość Subzone and the Zamość Zone.

INVESTMENT PROCEDURE
The procedure for granting a permit for investment in the Zamość Subzone is carried out in two stages - at the level of the Zamość City Office and finally at the level of the Industrial Development Agency S.A. Branch in Tarnobrzeg, which manages the Zamość Subzone. The initial investor notification is a document that an interested party in investing in the Zamość Subzone should first submit to the Zamość City Office.

ENTREPRENEUR INVEST WITH THE TARNOBRZEG SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN
The purpose of the Special Economic Zones is to accelerate the development of underdeveloped regions by "attracting" new investments and promoting job creation.
According to the currently applicable regulations, in order to benefit from the tax relief, there is no longer a territorial limitation and the need to locate investments in the designated areas covered by the zone.
This means that "the whole of Poland is a Special Economic Zone" and entrepreneurs from all over the country can apply for a decision on support, which guarantees a double benefit for entrepreneurs:
- company development
- the possibility of recovering a significant part of the invested funds in the form of a CIT/PIT tax relief
Companies regardless of their size (micro, small, medium and large) from the industry, modern business services and IT services sectors can recover up to 70% of the funds they plan to invest in the creation or development of a business. The guarantee of this is obtaining a DECISION ON SUPPORT.
How did the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN come to my commune?
In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology of 29 August 2018 on the establishment of areas and their assignment to managers, Poland has been divided territorially between 14 special economic zones. The SEZs in the area assigned to them are to support economic development and provide comprehensive services to entrepreneurs in the scope of applying for a decision on support.
The Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN is located in 35 rural and urban districts located in 3 provinces: Podkarpackie, Lublin and Mazowieckie. It also includes a separate area of 760 ha located in the Lower Silesian province in the Wrocław district.
